Thank you for all that you do. I am so grateful for the classes. I find I have more patience at school, I am able to tolerate more and feel less frustrations with my colleagues.

I find that my ‘well’ is deeper and I have more reserves, that I am more centered and objective in personal relating.  I am even humming the sanskrit tune in all my classes! “Oh that’s nice,” said one of my third grade students today, “what song is that?” My days are changed because of these wonderful associations.  I have been getting home very late the past couple of weeks, and I find that in the evening I am thinking about the next verse we will learn and can’t wait for morning to come!

I certainly can listen to the recordings, though I prefer to be on live where it is interactive. I love to participate and take it through the day with me. I feel so supported by being a part of the class and believe it has helped to take my japa and meditation to another level.
